Lisa is passionate about helping her clients build wealth through strategic real estate investments.  From multi-family buildings to single-family homes or condos, she helps clients evaluate their investments for both the short and long term. Whether buying their forever home or building a strong rental portfolio, she loves her work and takes great joy in a job well done.


Lisa has been an active real estate investor for years and started her career in commercial real estate selling multi-family and mixed-use buildings. She bought her first place when she was in her 20's, and owns several rental properties in San Francisco, and out of state. Lisa has a ton of experience with remodels, renovations, and value-add updates for improving value and livability. 


Lisa has helped her clients navigate the multifamily to TIC process several times. She's got her contractors, lenders and TIC attorneys on speed dial!


She's an active member of both the SF Apartment Association, and the Small Property Owners of San Francisco.   As a result, she's got a deep network of building owners, many of whom prefer to sell their properties off-market, which is good for you! 


When Lisa's not touring property, she's all over San Francisco: walking the dog, singing with her favorite peeps, or on her bike (helmet, always)!
